The culture of the school from dress code, to conventional methodology and lack of Ed tech makes it difficult for a teacher to cope with 40 plus students in one class. Also must like to mention that the school's headmistress Mrs Shikha Dhamija is a very snooty woman and highly arrogant. She is so mean and manipulative. She bosses around unnecessarily and tries to intimidate new comers unreasonably. Especially the school's rolling board has become a laughing stock for me. Large chunk of students and lack of technological assistance including unavailability of basic resources makes the workplace complete unfriendly and uncongenial.
