Option 1 - Offline Procedure/At-School Office
1) Registration Form for a fee of Rs.1000/- from the school
account office between 8 am to 1 pm. Duly fill it and submit it with all the
documents at the school account office between 8 am to 1pm.
2) The school session is from April to March
1) Click the Online
Registration Tab on the website and open the Application Form.
2) Fill in all the
mandatory fields that are given in the form.
3) Make the payment
online and Save the receipt of the same. Payment Confirmation Receipt is to be
attached to the Application Form while submitting it to the School.
4) Print the complete
form.
5) Sign the
undertaking of the Application form (last page).
6) Submit the form
with all the documents and Online Payment Confirmation Receipt at the accounting office between 8 am to 1 pm..

Since its inception in 1983, Gyan Devi Public School has successfully completed over three decades of imparting quality education to students. From a humble beginning, the school has gradually evolved over the years, keeping intact its sturdy foundation built on a strong value system. We have added three branches Gyan Devi Montessori School, Gyan Devi Middle School and Gyan Devi Kindergarten which are testaments to the brand name which is synonymous with quality, commitment, hard work and discipline. The journey has been a successful and satisfying one. I can proudly say that at Gyan Devi, we have a talented, dedicated and caring team of teachers, each of whom works diligently to ensure that the abilities of the children in our care are nurtured and developed completely. These teachers work as a team to make the school a very special place for the child. Various activities are conducted throughout the year to bring out the hidden potential of students. Values and attitudes of these students are nurtured intrinsically and extrinsically through assemblies, plays, clubs, campaigns and various competitions. The school also has a well furnished library, laboratories and a spacious playground, along with special provisions for vocal and instrumental music, art and craft, dance and drama, educational trips as well as computer education.

- Request for withdrawal will be considered only if given in writing at the reception on the prescribed Performa of the school.
- Parents can withdraw their ward by giving notice in writing by 31st March.
- In case parents want to withdraw their ward in –Between the session then one month’s notice should be given in writing or one month’s fee in lieu thereof.
- In case a student is withdrawn from school within a month of taking admission, 10% of the Annual Fee will be deducted and the rest will be refunded. However ,if the time period exceeds one month no refund will be allowed.
- One month notice fee not applicable in the following cases :(a) Expel by the principal.(b) TC issued to students leaving school after Board Exam and School conducted exams who apply for TC by end of session ie. By 31 March.(c) Failures applying for TC.

The Gyan Devi Group of Schools is run by The Colonel’s Education Society which was founded in the year 1983 by Late Lt. Col. Kunwar Jaswant Singh. The founding father of our school, he was a visionary par excellence. He had great dreams for the school, which we shall always endeavour to fulfil.
The foundation stone of Gyan Devi Montessori School Sector-9 was laid on August 26, 2002 by Late Smt. Gyana Devi w/o Late Maj. J N S Yadava. Her blessings and good wishes have been instrumental in the overall development of the school, and will continue to be a source of inspiration in the years.
