Aagaman – Orientation Programme 2026–27

Dharav High School, Gurugram organised the Orientation Programme “Aagaman – New Beginnings” on 7th March 2026 to welcome parents and introduce them to the academic vision for the upcoming session.
The programme began with a welcome address by our Principal, Ms. Ritu Jawa, who shared an overview of the school’s philosophy and highlighted the importance of a strong partnership between the school and parents in shaping a child’s learning journey.
This was followed by a thoughtful keynote address by our Director, Ms. Aditi Misra, who shared valuable parenting insights drawn from her experience. She encouraged parents to support their children with patience, empathy and sensitivity, emphasising the importance of emotional understanding in a child’s development.
The academic approach and teaching methodology at Dharav High School were then presented by Senior Mistress, Ms. Pratibha Singh. She introduced parents to the school’s experiential and activity-based pedagogy that focuses on concept clarity, skill development and independent learning. She also showcased the use of sensory-based classrooms, teaching aids, learning kits and hands-on activities that support holistic development across early and primary years.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by the Headmistress, Ms. Harmeet Kaur, who expressed gratitude to the parents for their trust and partnership. She also introduced the academic team and invited parents to continue the interaction during the Coffee and Conversation session.
Parents later visited the respective classrooms, met the class teachers, explored the learning environment, familiarised themselves with the school portal and academic processes and collected the book sets for the upcoming session.
The orientation provided a meaningful platform for building strong collaboration between the school and parents, setting a positive and confident tone for the Academic Session 2026–27.

After our informative Webinar “Aadhaar – Building a Strong Foundation Together”, Dharav High School, Gurugram witnessed yet another engaging and vibrant day on campus.
Our Little Champs embraced a day filled with exciting sports and experiential activities , building strength, enhancing coordination, and creating joyful outdoor memories alongside their parents.
From energetic play to creative challenges, the spirit of learning through joyful exploration was evident everywhere. While the children immersed themselves in adventure sports, parents participated in thoughtfully curated sessions that offered deeper insights into the school’s progressive learning philosophy and experiential curriculum.
The morning culminated in coffee, conversations, and meaningful interactions with the leadership team thus strengthening the partnership between school and home.
