- To initiate the withdrawal process, a formal application should be submitted by the parents (signed by both parents).
- Parents are requested to give one month notice failing which fee for the whole quarter will be charged.
- Those who leave the school in May must in all cases pay the fees for the month of June.
- Transfer Certificates are not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
- lt will take 7 working days after clearance to process the application for withdrawal, so ensure timely approval for the same.
- The school is authorized to give only the TC, any other counter signing by relevant authorities, (state / district) is the responsibility of the parent.
- Transfer certificate will not be processed / issued during summer / winter break.
- TC is an official document and should be kept carefully. Duplicate TC cannot be issued.
- RFID Card and the Parent ID Cards issued by the school should be deposited at the time of withdrawal from the school.
