Hence, continuous mentoring, monitoring and evaluation of the learning environment needs to be done to provide required intellectual stimulation to the young minds. In today's world, how much you know does not matter, application of the acquired knowledge is more important. This is where excellence in present day education lies.
Youth of today exhibits unparalleled genius and is to be prepared for global stage. Our pedagogical practices have to shift from teaching to learning. In emerging global dynamics, educators have to play the role of change managers. While creating curriculum designs, value orientation should remain in prime focus. Schools should aim at grooming the students into ethical and principled leaders of tomorrow, whose thoughts and actions are deeply embedded in the values and culture of our land.

As adults, therefore we need to be there for them at all times, guiding them, encouraging them and rewarding them yet giving them the freedom to choose, to do and to be what they want and helping them to realise that Education is a continuous process and not just limited to the classroom.....

It is an ever changing world, the dynamics of which are changing rapidly. To ensure that the children have the abilities and a strong will to survive & excel in the world, we need to make sure that we provide them with a strong balance of knowledge and vocational skills.
We at DPS understand the need for a dynamic structure of education which entails the overall development of the students. Good education today is not classified by overloading the children with information, but with providing them a platform where they can learn and grow and understand the nuances of the world which in turn helps them in becoming better and aware individuals.
Sport is a major part of our curriculum. With the increasing screen culture, the children need to get up and get going in order to remain active and fit. It is important for the students to play as it aids in physical as well as mental well-being.
We also ensure that our students are well versed with the culture and traditions of the country. A repertoire of activities along with the celebration of the major festivals is a point of focus which helps in explaining to the students the rich heritage and diversity our country is proud of.
The children who enter the portals of DPS are well equipped to handle the world and come out as winners in all spheres of life. When they walk out, they are confident individuals embedded with values and virtues which enables them to shine bright in the world.

At DPS Gomti Nagar Extension, we value transparency and cooperation. Below, we outline the procedures for withdrawing your child from our institution:
- Notice Period: A written notice of at least one calendar month is required prior to withdrawal. This allows us to make necessary arrangements.
- Fee Applicability: The quarterly fee remains applicable, regardless of the notice submission date.
- May Withdrawals: For withdrawals in May, the June fee must be settled before processing the Transfer Certificate.
- Clearing Dues: All outstanding dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate can be issued.
- Caution Money: If applicable, caution money must be claimed within three months of withdrawal.
- Transfer Certificate: The Transfer Certificate is a one-time official document. No duplicates will be issued. A Migration Certificate is required for students transferring to another board.
