Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. There are several different types of yoga and many disciplines within the practice. In the modern world, the South Asian art of yoga has expanded to all corners of the globe. While it is now a popular form of exercise and meditation. Arise students are made to practice meditation and yoga every day in the school assembly. Art education is one of the recognized methods of helping the child apply art-based enquiry, investigation and exploration, critical thinking and creativity for a deeper understanding of the concepts/topics in any subject at hand. The skill requirements of 21st century skills exactly match the skills that a child acquires through art education. Therefore, do encourage your children to take up various forms of art at all levels, as are offered by the school. Dance can be categorized and described by its choreography. We at AIS ensure that various forms of dances are taught to children from a very young age as with the aim of enhancing their aesthetics sense, maintaining body fitness, derive pleasure and most importantly build the ability to express themselves on the stage.

The Science Lab at Arise International School provides an atmosphere of experiencing and learning science. It's a modern Science lab, which can accommodate more than forty students. The Science lab also provides an open environment for students to experiment and do research work. Under the professional guidance and assistance given by our science teachers,students are also encouraged to exhibit their innovative powers by developing samples and models. The equipments for Physics allow students to perform experiments and study various principles and laws. The facilities and wide range of chemicals and apparatus allow the students a hands-on experience in learning Chemistry.

School Library is one such place where all children love to go for they get to tap their hunger reading something out of the textbook. ARISE has developed an expansive Library with age appropriate titles in the ratio of 1:5 per child in various categories viz. fiction, non-fiction, magazines, newspaper, reference books and encyclopaedia to stimulate the reading habits of children from a tender age. The school library has aesthetically designed library with internet connection. It has separate Reading Room with sufficient ventilation.

Computers are the window to the huge virtual world. Children must be acquainted with the basic and advanced computer skills so as to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills required as they enter the arena of higher education confidently after completing their schooling. AIS computer lab boasts off expansive infrastructure with 1:1 ratio of student and computer. The computer lab is wifi enabled for uninterrupted internet connection so that students can access internet for honing their computer skills under the able guidance of their computer teacher. Children perform all their practicals in computer labs.

Children will be children! Bruised knees and elbows, the occasional ill health are all part of school life. Thus we at AIS understand the need for a well equipped child friendly Infirmary. The infirmary is a relaxing room for the students not just when they are ill, but also when they need to calm down.
