How to explain quarantine to my child?

It is really hard to explain our kid why we can't go out and play these days. She is really acting out. How do I explain it to her.

Try to indulge her in other indoor extracurricular activities so that she doesn't get bored at home. Secondly, this is the right time when parents can spend the most time with kids and vice versa, so try to find out her fields of interest and focus building that. Thirdly, show her some examples or videos which can explain kids that how going out at this point can affect whole life. Lastly, if possible try to just go at ground floor or vast area nearby where she can get fresh air.
