Ms. Anita Mishra is M.S. in Psychotherapy and Counselling, M.A. in Sociology, and B.Ed. from Delhi University. She is a certified career counsellor and is trained in several healing modalities. She has been dealing with psychological counselling, sex education, stress management, career counselling and various other related aspects for students, teachers and parents. She has also been a part of public programmes and conducted sessions for individuals as well as groups of people on different problems of life. She inspires people with her motivating talks on varied platforms. Her mission is to empower people and enlighten lives through psychological and existential wisdom.
