A study on the condition of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECC and E) in Botswana discovered a lack of a prescribed curriculum and a very low rate of formal training of ECE instructors. As a result, given the current circumstances, it was vital to learn about the alternative training methods made available to working ECE teachers as well as the existing classroom practices. This section of the study mapped the perspectives of teachers working in ECE centres, as evidenced by their in-service training, classroom practises, and.
