Delhi University is all ready to conduct its first-ever online admission process. Delhi University will release its first cutoff list on October 12. Several steps are being taken to ensure that the online admission process goes on smoothly. WhatsApp groups of teachers and committees have been made to conduct the process easily.
Hansraj College principal Rama said that it is still not decided whether teachers have to come to college during admission processes or not. But, they have created WhatsApp groups of teachers for coordination. Further, she added that online meetings are being conducted to decide the cut-offs of various departments.
Hindu College Principal Anju Srivastava said that the previous admission process used to open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. But this time, it will be till 5:00 PM. So, the college will need more teachers during the admission process.

SGTB Khalsa College Principal Jaswinder Singh said that they have to be more cautious during the admission process of reserved categories. He said that if caste certificates are being issued digitally it will be easy for them to verify it. Also, for course combinations, the teachers will contact students and will give them a list of available elective courses.
Aryabhatta College Principal Manoj Sinha said they will form department-wise committees to check if the applicants have calculated their percentage correctly while claiming the seats.
