1. Leave smoking- It leads to miscarriage, infant death, birth defects, and premature birth as well. So, if you smoke, then you have to stop it.
2. Leave the Alcohol habits- Drinking alcohol during the first three months can lead to the development problem at all stages.
3. Say no to raw meat- Eating raw meat can result in miscarriage and birth defects.
4. Avoid taking a sauna- Sauna results in increased body temperature that further results in dehydration and fainting.
5. Avoid caffeine- Drinking too much coffee is not good for the baby, especially in the early stages of pregnancy.
6. Say no to rigorous exercise- Doing heavy physical exercises can lead to miscarriage.
7. Never self-medicate- Avoid taking any medicine that is risky for both mother and baby.
