1. Berries- They are rich in compounds that benefit brain health and boost memory retention. Gooseberries or Indian Amla are the must foods that parents should give their children during exam time. 


2. Dark Chocolate- It is one of the favorite foods of children. So let your child have some sweets during exam time. As dark chocolate improves mental health. 


3. Nuts and Seeds- Parents should offer their children a handful of nuts and seeds regularly. All the nuts and seeds have high healthy fat and protein that can fuel the long hours of studying.
