The University of Delhi has released a notification regarding assessment, project and viva voice for semester exam in December 2020. This notice hints that there will be no physical classes this year.
As for the notice, and the classes are to be conducted online. The University also stated that instead of three-component of internal assessment, only one internal assessment will be carried out.

Teachers can conduct viva through Skype or any other online teaching platform. The University also informed Deans and principals to allow students to take online internships and activities as that can be carried out digitally from home. Even the dissertation could be conducted on basis of written assignment.
