1. Pre-Primary :
a) Nursery, L.K.G. & U.K.G. : Admissions are open to Nursery class, age should be 3 + years; L.K.G. 4+ years; U.K.G. 5+years as on 1st April of the academic session. As per the Government directives for Class I age should be 6+ years as on 1st April of the academic session.
b) Procedure for Admission : Application forms are normally made available at the school Office in January for a period notified on school notice board. The Application Forms should be duly filled in and submitted to the office on or before the due date, as mentioned, along with the following documents:
i) Date of birth certificate (Attested copy only) such as from Municipal (Nagar Palika) or Baptismal Certificate (for Christians) only.
ii) Two Latest passport-size photograph.
iii) Aadhar Card copy of Parents & Students.
c) Official:
i) On the date and at the time specified in the acknowledgement slip of Application form, the parents and the child will meet the principal for counselling.
ii) Parents will be informed about the selection of their wards by display of names on the school notice board. Parents of selected candidates have to produce an Official Birth Certificate, such as Municipal, (Nagar Palika) or Baptismal Certificate (for Christians) and will have to complete the Admission form and other formalities specified and submit the same at the School Office by specified date. Affidavits are not accepted.
iii) The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed in the Admission form/register. The Parents/Guardian will have to sign an undertaking to the effect (Per Cir No.: 110/7-1(5) (081-82 dated 15 Oct. 1981 of the Inspector of Schools, Lucknow).
iv) The very condition of admission will be that the Parents/Guardians will comply strictly with the Terms and Rules contained in this book and pay the tuition fees and all other charges laid down. Any future changes made in this book regarding rules or fees will also be binding on them.
2. Other Classes : Opportunity is provided to all those who would like to seek admission to higher classes depending upon the number of vacancies arising thereof due to transfers and withdrawals.
Admission Test & Counselling : Entrance test will be held on specified date. Candidates will be tested as under:
a) For Class I to V: Test in English, Maths, Hindi.
b) For Class VI & above : Test in English, Maths, Science.
3. For students coming from other school : A much higher percentage of marks will be required in order of merit. Depending upon the vacancies available after admitting the students of the schools, they will submit attested photocopies of the mark sheets and Character Certificate from the Principal of Institution last attended. The students selected in the written test will appear in the interview with their parents.
Admission : The students will be finally selected for admission and then they will have to complete the formalities at the School Office as per the dates notified on the School Notice Board. The Principal reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to anybody without assigning any reason thereof.
