- The withdrawal notice should be given in writing a week in advance by the person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself/herself. Government servants transferred unexpectedly are exempted from giving the usual notice. They are required to apply at least 3 days in advance.
- No transfer certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full. A fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged for a transfer certificate.
- Those who apply for the transfer certificate after the reopening of the school are required to pay the fee of the current installment
