APS physics laboratory is well equipped laboratory where students learn to practice the activities of scientists – asking questions, performing procedures, collecting data, analyzing data, answering questions, and thinking of new questions to explore. We have Vernier Calliper, Micrometer Screw Gauge, Lens Mirror Prism, Resistance Box, Stop Clock, Magnets and many more other equipments.

Study of chemistry is not possible without a Laboratory. Students learn by “learning by doing method” which is the best method. There are two chemistry Labs for class VI to XII. Each chemistry Lab is well furnished, well designed and well equipped with Apparatus and chemicals.32 students each can perform Experiment at a time in Laboratory. All safety measure (Fire sensor, fire Extinguishers) and first Aid Box are placed in each Lab. Separate preparation room and store room is designed in the Lab.

Mathematics has always been governed by rigour and logic. Maths lab helps the student to visualize and understand the result easily by performing ‘hands-on’ activities. Keeping this in mind, Math’s lab has been developed both in primary as well as in senior wing. Its soul aim is to simulate interest, encourage and expose the principles of mathematics among students by performing hands-on activities.

Bio-Biotech Lab of Army Public School is very well equipped where students gain a practical knowledge and proved their scientific aptitude. All Molecular techniques, optical instruments are helpful for the students of Biology & Biotechnology. Scientific visit of APS students is organized every year to the scientific institution / Research Laboratories like CAZRI, AFRI, NBPGR, DMRC etc.

The School houses computer labs with a substantial number of computers equipped with the latest technology to ensure that the students remain updated with the fast changing IT scenario. There are 22 computer systems in both the labs of senior wing and 21 computer systems in primary wing. The application of IT in the educational sector has expanded the walls of the classrooms and created endless opportunities for learning and growth through the web based technology. Advanced latest multimedia computers with audio-visuals aids, are made available to the students in air-conditioned spacious labs. The subject experts help the curious children in learning various technologies related to Computer Science.

Geography is the study of places and the relationships between people and their environment. Geographers explore both the physical properties of Earth’s surface and the human societies spread across it. School has well equipped geography Lab with globe and Map (Related to World, Asia, India and Rajasthan).

The English Language Lab has become an integral part of our World Language program. Through the interactive digital tools and activities available, our students have become active and engaged 21st Century language learners. They can practice their language skills in a non-threatening and technologically comfortable environment. They can observe, make predictions, and solve problems in real-time using authentic material. They can receive instantaneous feedback about their communication skills.

In the history of School library, APS Jodhpur library set itself as a milestone for other school’s libraries with respect to the development of Digital Library.The school library uses D Space 6.6 digital library software which is working right now in school premises and ready to go on live 24×7 on internet soon. We have 25000 books collection in repository include books, reference books, audio-video, periodicals, school publications etc. The school library provides reprographic services to the readers in colour as well as black & white copy with the help of XEROX Versalink C7020 multi-functional photocopier machine.

Art room is the place where children can express their aesthetic values to, relax and build their confidence. Art & Craft education inculcate sense of satisfaction that emerges out to create new vision. At APS visual Art such as painting collage, photography, textile designing are taught in well equipped. Art & Craft room with the guidance of expert teachers.

Music is an art form and cultural activity whose medium is sound and silence. The common elements of music are pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics (loudness and softness), and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture (which are sometimes termed the “color” of a musical sound). School have well furnished and well equipped Music Room for learning western, classical, folk and fusion music. We have musical Instruments like Jazz Drum, Synthesizers, Flutes, Guitars (Acoustic, electric and bass), Congo, Bongo, Dholak and Tabla ect with Professional Sound system and Sound Mixer.
