Many Delhi government school stakeholders are finding ways to help the economically weaker students to pay their CBSE exam fees before October 15. The schools are required to send the list of candidates for the board exam before October 15.
Gunjan Gover, School Management Committee (SMC) coordinator for Northeast Delhi I district and an SMC member of girl school in Burari said that they have helped 15 students in paying their fees. Further, she said that they have contributed rupees 500 each for the fees of distressed families.
Principals of schools are also putting their money together to help economically weaker students. A principal of Northwest Delhi school said that they have given an ‘open offer' to the students concerning their fees.

At Government Co-ed Senior Secondary School, Sector 8, Rohini, the Vice-Principal went to her batchmates from college to help students to pay their fees. Another attempt to crowdfunding fees is being made by the All India Parents Association which has shared posts on social media and has also sent emails urging people to contribute towards student’s fees.
