Supporting Children's learning during lockdown

Educating children about the pandemic and the necessity of a lockdown that comes along, it is also important to facilitate them in these quests to learn in such difficult times. Being organized and establishing a routine during the lockdown is of utmost importance. While people may lose track of their day-to-day functions, if the parents want to help children in growth during this time, they must plan a routine that balances both academic and skillful learning.

Children must have a designated place where they can attend their online classes and also do their homework assigned by their teachers. The parents must create a learning environment that is free of distractions and promotes enthusiastic learning.

To enhance children's learning, parents must also let the children ask questions. Children may have many questions and responses to the current situation and as a parent; they must try and resolve at least some of their issues. Doing so will stimulate their curiosity, which in turn helps kids in their learning process.

Given that children along with adults are limited to their homes, it is impossible for them to physically attend classes. Therefore, parents can always switch to online resources or take the help of the teachers online. While technology has come a long way, parents must make efficient use of it.
