Rajasthan schools reopened today, September 27, for Classes 1 to 5. The decision was taken to reopen primary schools from today by the state government.
The schools had been closed for a long time because of Covid-19, impacting the education of many children. The schools were supposed to be reopened last month but the same was delayed due to the pandemic situation.
As per the Covid-19 norms, students of Classes 1 to 5 can attend physical classes on an odd-even basis.
The temperature of the students will be checked daily before entering the school. Also, 50% of class strength will be allowed to come for physical classes every day.
The government has left it up to the students and parents to decide whether they want to attend the physical classes or not.
Online classes will also be continued for students to attend.The government has advised schools to keep the canteen and cafeterias closed. Students will bring their lunch and water bottle.
Also, as per the government, students can attend classes without their regular uniforms.
