Schools in Rajasthan will reopen after a gap of 10 months from Feb 8 for class 6 to 8 students , as announced by the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Sunday .He also added that classes will resume for first and second-years undergraduate and postgraduate students .According to the state government guidelines , the students need to carry their Covid -19 negative test report with them before entering the school premises and the Covid test should have been conducted within 72 hours prior to their entry into the school premises .It is mandatory for students to carry a consent letter duly signed by their parents , declaring they don’t have any problem with sending their kids to schools .In a series of tweets the Chief Minister also informed that swimming pools and cinema halls will also be opened , and 200 people to be allowed to attend socialand other events .As per the Union Health Ministry there are currently 2,260 active Corona cases in the state and so far 3,12,370 recoveries are there .
