The Haryana Government on Friday extended the summer holidays in all schools till June 15. As indicated by an order given by the Directorate of School Education, the state government chose to extend the summer holidays considering the Covid circumstances.
The state government had earlier announced summer vacations in schools till May 31. In any case, teachers will be attending school from June 1, as per the order.
School heads will prepare a list, according to which just 50% of their teachers will go to schools at a time. Teachers will go to important educational and managerial work, for example, planning report cards of students and dealing with admission related work, according to the order.
