TEACHERS' Day, which was celebrated lately. It has to be said that the teaching profession is one of the most honorable professions in the world. A teacher's job isn't just to complete the curriculum, but they're also responsible for planting the seeds of knowledge in their students at an early age.

They're not just about punishing our children but also about showing right from wrong. Teachers do not deliver books, they deliver knowledge. They don't send home just another student, they send home a much better and improved person.

Unfortunately, the trend is fast changing where teachers are not really being put in their proper place in society. Parents have a big role to play when it comes to changing this trend. Disagreeing is okay as long as it's done in a civil manner and via the proper channels. If done with sincerity, everyone will benefit.

Parents get to share their expertise and knowledge, which they may have acquired at work. Teachers will feel valued when feedbacks are given to create a win-win outcome. Most importantly, our children will benefit from that winning partnership.
