Product Designer (Ui/Ux)

We are a product company looking for a UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces for our core products and internal ERP/CMS systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, developers and product managers to make the user experience simple and fun.

Your Role:

• Utilize user research to influence stakeholders and enhance product designs and strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive features from research to implementation and contribute to the UX roadmap.
• Create documentation such as storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps based on user research findings.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes that align with project requirements.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze metrics to make data-driven decisions.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in designing responsive mobile apps and web apps.
• Proficiency in designing low and high-fidelity interfaces using design best practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Suite, InVision, Sketch, Figma (indicative, not exhaustive).
• Demonstrated ability to develop a design language that aligns with the business vision.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and understanding of technical constraints and limitations for desktop and mobile platforms, including Android and iOS.
• Experience in conducting usability studies and familiarity with usability metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an agile/scrum team.
