What You'll Do:

As an HR Intern, you’ll dive into the exciting world of talent acquisition and beyond. You will:

• Gain hands-on experience with various hiring portals and strategies to source top talent.
• Explore and implement innovative AI tools to enhance our recruitment processes, from candidate screening to engagement.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to scheduling interviews and onboarding.
• Contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive and eager learner with 2-3 months of prior HR experience (internship or similar).
• Familiarity with different hiring portals.
• An understanding of how AI can be leveraged in the hiring process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
