About Silver Point School Silver Point School had a humble beginning on 26th July in the year 1997. It was the dream come true of Mr.Pannalal Roychowdhury and Mrs Bani Roychowdhury. This school is located at Kasba Road, Kolkata 700 042. The school has been set up by the Silver Point Educational Trust, a non profit making trust. The School got affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in the year 2003. The aim of the institution includes promotion of education, as well as providing ample opportunities for the all round development of every pupil. Various co-curricular activities and NCC have also been introduced to help them develop their innate capabilities. Facilities of free computer training, state-of-the-art library and laboratory are the other highlights of the institution. The school emblem shows glow of light that symbolizes enlightenment of mind. The school mainly aims to produce pupils who would become worthy citizens, having a sense of duty and responsibility towards the society. Our Vision: Silver Point School aims to build a strong humane community of future ready sensitive citizens of tomorrow. We are committed to enrich the budding minds with responsibility and wisdom whilst keeping intact traditional values with a modern ethos and give them a solid foundation to build on. Our Mission: Our mission is to provide all learners a holistic invigorating, peaceful, stimulating learning environment which in turn will nurture values and build individual character Equip students to face life's challenges, develop skills, abilities alongside curricular experience, inculcate awareness and sensitivity towards the need of preserving the environment for the future.
