Shivaji English Medium School Established in the year 2015-2016, by Hon’ble Shri Chandukaka Jagtap in Saswad.He planted the seed of “Shri Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Saswad”, which has now branched into various areas of welfare for the people in the from of Purandar Nagari Pat Sanstha, Sant Sopankaka Sahakari Bank, Shivaji English Medium School, 17 Highs Schools, 5 Jr.Colleges, 8 Pre-Primary schools, 2 Primary Schools, 1 A.T.D college and 1 B.Ed college in remove villages in Purandar taluka and Satara District.The Management committee of Shri Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal consisit of eminent personalities who have proved to be the pillars of strength behind all school activities.Shri D. N. Gawali, is the Joint Secretary of the Sanstha. Mr. Sanjay Jagtap (Secretary) have a lions share in all around development of the school and both have been great guiding forces for the school. The school was started with 45 students in Trishul Housing Society, Saswad. in 2015, Today the school has more than 450 Students.
