Bajaj founded the Remal Public School Society in 1967 in remembrance of his father Rai Bahadur Late Sh. Remal Dass Bajaj, a social reformer who was always eager to aid underprivileged children and widows. Dr. R. P. Bajaj and Mrs. Shakuntla Bajaj, the school's founders, had a profound vision when they founded Remal Public School. They are the project's driving force and guiding light in terms of child development and education. Remal Public School, Rohini was founded in 1973 to develop an integrated education system that emphasises the unity of all knowledge and integrates the Humanities and Sciences. The formation of an environment that provides inspiration for the growth of body, mind, and spirit, as well as the values of truth, honesty, integrity, and ardour, is a daily effort.
