Our Pre-Primary wing of the prestigious school POORNAPRAJNA EDUCATION CENTRE has stood for its culture, discipline, imparting quality education, play way method of learning & teaching styles, activity based learning since 10th May 1997, the day it was inaugurated by his Holiness Sri VibudheshaTheerthaswamiji, our founder President, Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council, a visionary, & an educationist par excellence. Our school now continues to run with name & fame under the supreme guidance of our President H.H.SriVishwapriyaTheerthaSwamiji. Pre-Primary wing is well designed with a unique & significant feature “The rotation system”, the working manner of which is facilitated with different activity rooms namely; Writing, Counting, Library, Audio Visual/Singing, Indoor, General Knowledge, Creative crafts, & a spacious outdoor area. These rooms are well ventilated & well equipped with infrastructure to carry-out different activities that are required to mould the children with language skills, Math skills, Reading skills, Intra personal skills, Kinaesthetic skills and so on such that all the children attain smartness & overall development. All the activities performed in these activity rooms are well designed to cater to the needs-teaching, learning styles of the children by teachers who are specialized & are very efficient. Our school has 3 classes namely, Nursery, Preparatory I & Preparatory II consisting of 2 sections each with a teacher, an assistant teacher & an ayah. The teachers are well qualified. They move along with the children from one room to another to perform one particular activity at a time in one room. Therefore the children enjoy the serene atmosphere during the movement & refresh themselves every half an hour & they are not room bound. Apart from academics we also conduct exhibitions, class cultural programmes, celebrations, picnics, & various other literary & cultural activities to bring about the hidden talents in the children at this early age. The school has around 2963 colourful informative books, that cater to the need of the children from 2 ½ to 5 ½ years. The collection varies from educational to fun loving reading that makes the learning concepts easy.The school is also equipped with CCTV and WIFI. After completion of Preparatory II the children come out well- prepared, well moulded, grown physically, socially & emotionally, fit to move on to get their primary education.
