The Poornaprajna Education Centre is run under the aegis of Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council. The Founder President H.H.Sri Vibudhesha Theertha Swamiji, Pontiff of the Admar Mutt, has been a source of inspiration and guidance. This esteemed institution is now headed by H.H.Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji, President, Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council. Sri Sri Swamiji believes that development of the intellect, spirit, mind and body should take place for the betterment of the individual and the society. The school is located in a beautiful locality with a large playground. It is a co-educational, English Medium Institution, following the state pattern. It has the necessary instructional Laboratories, well equipped Library, Reading Room, Computer Lab and Vocational Training Facilities. The School has adequate safety measures like CCTVs, high compound walls, monitoring of visitors and overall supervision of the premises. The School also abides by all the necessary guide lines, in accordance with the directives from the Department of Education. The objective of the centre is mainly to help the pupils to grow freely in clean and healthy surroundings, developing their inherent qualities and instilling in them a sense of righteousness, discipline and duty to society and to the motherland, thus preparing them for good future citizenship. To maintain high standards of physical health, coaching is given in games like Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Foot Ball and Table Tennis, PE classes including Mass PT, is conducted as part of the regular schedule. The Centre participates in Science Exhibitions, Seminars, Art and Painting competitions, Debates, Sports and Athletics conducted by Department of Education, Karnataka and private bodies.
