Mangalore PU College and Institute of Management & Sciences College is a foundation to create scientists, engineers, technocrats and businessmen of tomorrow. New industry-relevant programs are introduced to help students build sustainable careers.There are two spacious Physics laboratories one for I PUC and one for II PUC, which provide the students with the practical experience and knowledge. Most of the experiments prescribed for II PUC are demonstrated through animated computer programmes, developed by our own competitive members of the faculty. The lab is equipped with all the equipments to carry out the experiments prescribed in the syllabus by the PU Board. Chemistry Lab The Chemistry Department has a set of well trained staff, which provides individual attention to the students in both theory and practical classes. Two labs one each for I PUC and II PUC, is a store house of all the required chemicals and apparatus for conducting various experiments. The students conduct the experiments under the guidance of the staff members.Biology Lab The Department has an independent lab with all the required instruments. Projects in the subject are also given and under the guidance of the lecturer, the students take up the work. The equipments are updated on a regular basis.Computer lab Two spacious Computer Science labs, accommodate 60 computers to cater to the students of both science and commerce field. The advancement in the field is enormous and to keep track of the same. Internet facility is provided to the students under the supervision of competent lecturers.MPUC, is committed towards academic excellence. Apart from it, it renders ample opportunities for students to excel in sports & co-curricular activities. Sports play an integral part in the development of an individual. We at MPUC, encourage the students to actively participate in various sporting events, be it indoor or outdoor. The achievements of the students gets reflected in form of trophies won by them in various events.
