With this thought in our minds OUR LADY OF PILLAR CONVENT SCHOOL Pal road Gangana village is determined and committed to provide conducive and constructive environment to the students so that pupil may happily and freely grow and enjoy learning.

This school is dedicated in providing holistic and value based education. Our constant effort is the emphasis on character building, model leadership and development of self esteemed personalities. The effective academic programme and innovative teaching methodologies encourage the students to learn, grow and be progressive. The real learning takes place in an atmosphere of true freedom, patience, love and adaptability. We believe and try our best in developing every aspect of skills, abilities and potentialities in an individual; solving complex problems, creativity in activities, critical yet constructive way of thinking, analyzing and exploring of wide variety of materials and events, learning through enquiry and reason, synthesis of past and present and applying for their lives makes them real learners and knowledgeable to face the challenges of the world.

It is the belief of the great man, Mahatma Gandhi that "there is no school equal to a decent home and no teachers equal to honest and virtuous parents". This highlights and drives home the message that "a good tree bears good fruit". The parents, society and the school in co-operation need to provide enlightening, favourable, beneficial and salutary environment to make a child a pearl of great price.

Withdrawal Policy

  1. A clear calendar month's notice has to be submitted in writing in the school office before withdrawal of a student from the school, failing which one month's fee will be charged in lieu thereof.
  2. A guardian who wants to withdraw his ward will have to apply in writing, on a form obtainable from the school office and shall pay the school dues.
  3. The parents, who want to withdraw their ward after the final result is declared, must inform school authorities by the last working day of February of the current session; otherwise he/ she will have to pay full amount of dues in next session including all the dues & tuition fee for the month of April. Students will remain on our rolls until final confirmation of withdrawal is given.
  4. A student will be issued a Transfer Certificate only when the school dues have been cleared.
  5. I-Card & Library Card must be returned to the school office before clearance.
  6. In case a student is leaving Rajasthan, the Transfer Certificate must be counter signed by The Education Officer.
  7. In case any student leaves the school in May, the fee for the month of June has to be paid.
  8. Duplicate T.C. will be issued only after submission of an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper that the same has been lost and against payment of duplicate T.C. fee.

Our Lady of Pillar Convent School is a private institution run by the sisters of charity of St. Anne, founded in the year of 2000 in Jodhpur. The School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi).The school has approved facilities for the academic stream from Nursery, KG to XI. The academic year extends from April to March of the following year and is divided into two terms. The School has English as the media of instruction. Though a catholic institution, it welcomes pupils of all caste and creeds and specially the most poor and needy. It aims at logical, holistic, creative modern and enjoyable development of the physical as well as mental abilities of the children. We are in the mission of educating the world because with Jesus we believe in the sanctity and dignity of every human life and education is the golden gate to the fullness of life which Jesus came to give us. Our task is a beautiful one "And to enable the pupils to have life and have it in abundance." Jn 10:10. There is no greater and nobler mission than that of forming the rising generation.
