New Bombay City Jr College, Ghansoli is one of the Institute of Navi Mumbai Mahila Utkarsh Mandal Trust.This trust is founded by Shri. Shankar Pingale and Shri. Santosh Padekar with the vision to serve the society especially the poor and middle class background, with the moto ‘Sakal Jan Hitay’, trust runs various schools and college. Our trustees always motivate us to give the quality education to improve our society. New Bombay City Jr College works in Ghansoli, since 12 years. It has three streams Arts, Science and Commerce. Our moto is to give quality education and all-round development of students. This college has a well planned curriculum which includes academic and co-curricular activities and examination. We have various academic facility such as full-fledge labs of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Our separate computer lab for I.T . provides daily based experiments which enables students to gain more and more practical knowledge. Along with academics we specially train students for sports like Football and Kho-Kho to reach state level games, which will be helpful for their career and good health. Every year we celebrate one week as ‘Joy Festival’ where different days are celebrated. This also includes ‘Business Day’ which help students to experience start up business models. Different kinds of workshop and seminars are conducted to improve their personality and are helpful for their career.
