Our goal at DSIS is to provide an enriching, engaging, and challenging curriculum that will prepare students for success while at DSIS and for the years that follow. We believe that students, parents and teachers all play a vital role in helping students reach their greatest potential. Parents are encouraged to check their child’s progress regularly and be in constant touch with their teachers. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the many resources available to them- their teachers, the library, science labs, language labs, the computer labs, school clubs, remedial classes, extra classes for different subjects, vedic maths classes, the Olympiad classes, other competitive classes and many more to be added soon.
What actually paves the way for the children, a path of success, is crucial and important. Hence, a talented and diverse teaching staff, outstanding facilities and technology, active and dedicated parents are all motivated to work in synchronization to provide the students quality education to be pursued with pride and seek the zenith of success.
At DSIS we abide by CBSE norms, recognize that social/emotional development is as essential to students’ success as academics during the transition years of our students. With value based education, students are encouraged to celebrate each and every Indian festival with great fervour and participate in different kinds of competitions like rhyme recitations, drawing and painting, extempore, debates, dramatics, speeches, music and dance, rangoli, various computer and sports based activities etc. The school believes in students educational tours and excursions and the same have been conducted from time to time to foster a brilliant insight into the world of knowledge. Students are also motivated to come forward to take part in various community services voluntarily. We have a Counsellor and a Personality Development Trainer to cater to our students’ emotional and mental health.
Our Pre-Primary wing is our forte. With state of art infrastructure, the ‘Kids Paradise’ coupled with audio visual facility provide extremely positive and beautiful ambience So, our Pre Primary wing is in itself a feat. We invite you to visit us and experience the unmatched world of kids.
High standards of hygiene and cleanliness are being set with a fleet of house- keeping staff employed to keep the premises spotless and clean. Air-conditioned classrooms for Pre Primary wing is provided. Similarly it is done for all the buses to protect children of tender age from air and noise pollution and to increase the efficiency of the students and teachers.
We have a well equipped medical room with a trained nurse to meet with any unforeseen emergency. We have large fleet of luxurious air-conditioned buses with communication facility and first aid medical equipment. Utmost attention to safety and security of students and staff is paid. Large no. of security guards not only at the gates but are spread all over the campus.
Quality education is the only way to national development, survival and contributing to a better Educational World. The Indian system of education has a concrete platform. It incorporates relevant contents and introduces innovations in methodology in keeping pace with the global needs and identifying the unique nature of each learner.
Students are motivated to think independently and coherently leading to creativity. Skill and activity based process learning is our yet another great achievement. The foundation for our students’ success is based on the bonding among students, staff, and parents. Active and positive parent participation is very important. The staff provides a nurturing environment in which our young minds prosper, learn and thrive. Knowledge never goes waste. Being the Manager of my school, my priorities have always been to take care of our students in all possible ways. I believe, if the acumen of our students are whetted and channelized in proper directions to seek knowledge perennially, we will be reigning at the epitome of success. Our school with its learned and experienced teachers and staff is the oasis in the vast expanse of desert serving as the lifeline and not a mirage to camouflage the students under a cover of false pretence! Knowledge drenches the parched souls of our little travellers- and we have taken care of this aspect.
State of Art Infrastructure, with prime importance given to safety is our foremost concern. Buses are armed with well trained drivers, conductors and maids. Buses are having GPRS to avoid any unprecedented happenings and check the speed limits The School is having a vigilant and tight Security System and well equipped House Keeping Staff with a proper Health Centre, headed with a trained Nurse and medical beds.
My team is always there for students’ mental and emotional well being. Staff is well trained to this effect and are regularly motivated to attend workshops on different valued subjects. We take pride in apprising you that we are amongst one of the best schools of Faridabad, affiliated to CBSE.
Though academics is our forte, we look beyond the same into the vast expanse of life and groom well rounded students making them future ready in all aspects. We have well equipped Science Labs and Computer Labs but we understand the importance of outdoor games and have coaches to train our students. We understand that every child has a different personality and for this we have certified Personality Development and Communication Skills teachers.
