Registration Form Hard copy Submission

Hi, I am seeing that hard copies of almost all the online filled forms needs to be submitted to the school, also some asking for Draft of Rs 25/-then what is the benefit of going online. Do you submit yourself for schools applied online on behalf of us. Please confirm
