Is imitating cartoons harmful?

My daughter watches a lot of cartoons and has started to pick their way of speaking and emoting. It is cute at times but I feel that this might leave her speech distorted.

Your concern is valid but children should have the freedom to talk the way they want, and she is not too old to worry much. You can move her focus to some innovative shows then cartoons, slowly and steadily she will be normal. And also you can show her examples that how it can affect their speech later in life.
