- Spider pose
- begin by standing together with your feet apart.
- Extend your hands higher than your head in namaste.
- Bend your knees into a large squat.
- Take your hand between your legs and stretch them to reach your feet.
- Try not to drop your hips here.
- Hold for ten counts.
- Scorpion pose
- Begin by coming on your fours. Palms beneath your shoulder and knees beneath your hips.
- Raise your right foot keeping your right knee bent so that only the foot is facing the ceiling.
- Pulse your foot to the ceiling ten times.
- Bring your knee back on the bottom.
- Centipede pose
- Begin by returning to the table pose.
