The famous American author and educator, John Holt tells in her book named "How Children Fail?" that performance of a child can be affected due to anxiety. 

As various exams are being conducted in the new normal, it is necessary that students should stay peaceful and focus on their health along with exams. Ayurveda experts recommend that Ayurveda can help a child manage stress caused due to the exams.

  • Consuming food such as dry fruits, milk, cottage cheese, green vegetables, and seasonal fruit should be increased as they strengthen the digestive system. 
  • Junk food should not be consumed as it is not at all good for gut health. The mind stays relaxed and energetic only when the gut is healthy.
  • Ayurvedic herbs such as Ashwagandha is known for reducing anxiety naturally.
  • A positive environment at home will also assist in staying calm. Lighting incense sticks and aromatic oils helps in soothing the mind.
