  1. Pack a healthy lunchbox for yourself. If there’s another thing moms are famous for then that’s snacking on nibbles and bites of children’s food. Some tend to grab sugary snacks in the afternoon.   2. Use pedometers for counting steps. Now exercising is important in this technology-driven world. Walking can be the best exercise. Counting your steps will also motivate you. Do short and sweaty exercises.
  3. Epsom salts are magical and can cure inflammation, cramping, muscles, and nerve problems. Stock some up.
