The pandemic had brought most lives around us at a halt. There were a lot of changes; some were easier to adapt to while others were not. But just as we were seemingly adjusted to the new normal, schools and colleges reopened and boards are knocking at the door. It is only normal that kids get stressed out at such new developments.

So here are a few tips to guide the teenagers while they step out into the world, once again.

  • Chalk out a well-planned schedule for yourselves. Allot some time for self-care and healthy sleep while planning out your daily schedule.
  • Try to keep calm and be resilient. Practice healthy habits like meditation and journaling to keep your mental health on point.
  • Connect with your friends. Listen to their experiences and struggles. It will give you all the clarity that you need to move on.
  • Believe in yourself. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Things will take time, but you will get there eventually.

Remember, you were able to adapt to the pandemic; surely you will be able to adapt to life after that.
