Education has surely taken a hard hit due to the pandemic. Although schools are slowly resuming and exams are gradually being conducted, there’s still a lot of apprehension among parents.

Many private schools in Delhi have announced that the finals for classes IX and XI will be held offline in the schools. Following the announcement in DAV Public School, many parents were apprehensive and nervous about beginning exams from next week. Similarly, most of the private schools in Delhi came out with their offline exam schedules for classes IX and XI.

However, some parents have still not taken to the idea of conducting offline exams. The Delhi Parents’ Association wrote the following to L-G, Chief Minister, NHRC and NCPCR a few days back- “We appeal to you to keep in mind the safety, happiness and bright futures of children and understand their mental state and order online exams for students of classes IX and XI studying in Delhi’s private schools, and relieve them from their mental stress.”
