The Central Board of Secondary education has permitted the students to change the practical and theory exam centres. They are keeping the problem in view that several students might have moved to their hometowns.

The students need to submit their request to their school management for the change in the exam centre. And the school will submit the request to the board. Also, no change will be allowed in the centre choice once the request gets submitted.

The board said that because of Covid many students of Class 10 and 12  have shifted to other cities or countries with their families. Therefore, they are unable to appear in the practical/theoretical examination from the school/examination centre, from where they are registered to give the board exam.

Students can request the change in both practical and theory examinations or either one of them. If a student requests for the change of both the centres. They both will be changed to one city as two separate centers are not allowed.
The students were allowed to send the request till 25 March. And the school will submit all the requests to the board by March 31.
