KVS' Educational Aid for Students who have lost Both Parents to Covid-19

In a whirling state of affairs, the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has announced a special educational aid to benefit students that have lost both their parents to the Covid-19 pandemic. This noble cause taken up by the KVS has been well-lauded given the challenges faced by scores of students in the wake of the pandemic.

Following the direction of the Central Government, KVS has released a statement that mentions admission of such children in Kendriya Vidyalaya by making use of the PM Cares for Children Fund. KVS has mentioned in their statement that the students can be admitted to different classes as per their age and learning level.

It is worth mentioning that the total educational costs of students that have lost both parents to the Covid-19 pandemic will be well-covered under this scheme. Education, for them, will be free of cost up until standard XII, without being required to pay any sort of money in the name of tuition fees, Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi charges, etc.
